Our booking policies, in plain terms.

A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Your appointment will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we are happy to offer one complimentary date change, provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or any additional date changes beyond the one complimentary reschedule, will result in the forfeit of your deposit. If your appointment was purchased as a prepaid session or through a third-party platform, the booked session will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your appointment due to clinic scheduling and availability. In these circumstances, your appointment may need to be cancelled, and your deposit or prepaid session will be forfeited.

Please attend your appointment without any make-up, including tinted moisturisers, BB creams, CC creams, or similar cosmetic products, to ensure we can provide the best possible treatment.
